Romantic, generous, kind and just a little bit stubborn (Toms words) Mark brings both heart and humour to life at home. Often found gooning about, he’s also the first to book tickets to a West End show or plan the perfect dinner out.
Tom
Tom is the calm in the room quietly reassuring, endlessly patient, and intuitively supportive. Whether offering words that ground or reaching for the mop at 10pm just because it “felt like the right time,” he brings a beautiful sense of care and calm to everyday life.
Mark & Tom
Our story began with a bit of gentle meddling — two of our closest friends decided to play Cilla Black and set us up. Thankfully, their instincts were spot on.
Since then, life together has unfolded with quiet certainty — built on shared values, mutual respect, and a deep sense of partnership. From weekend escapes to our favourite spot in Portugal to calm evenings at home with Barkby (our French bulldog and loyal shadow), we’ve created a life that feels grounded and truly ours.
The proposal came in Quinta do Lago, surrounded by sunshine, serenity, and a sense that this was exactly where we were meant to be. While Barkby and Henry (our beloved horse) won’t be joining us on the big day, they remain very much part of our story — just keeping things steady on the home front.
We’re so pleased to be celebrating this next chapter with the people who’ve supported us along the way. Your presence means the world to us and we hope you can make it!

Os Agostos...
Located between the coastline and the highlands of Algarve, 14 kms off the city of Faro a lies the Agostos Estate.
Os Agostos is the name given to the houses on farmland and to the area itself. It comprises two dwelling units and an olive press house.
The main dwelling unit dated from the Eighteenth Century and reveals the typical square structured building around a traditional patio.

While we adore your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. We hope this allows you a chance to relax and enjoy the day with us.

We know many of you have travelled far and wide (some with more luggage than sense), so to say thank you, we’d love to treat you to a relaxed lunch and a welcome drink on us.
After that first glass has warmed you up, we’re trusting each table to take the reins and settle your own drinks tabs for the afternoon. Let’s be honest we know what some of you are like, and we’d quite like to still afford the honeymoon!
We can’t wait to kick off the second day with great food, better company, and just the right amount of chaos.

We are hoping most guests will utilise the coaches being provided, however if you do want to make your own way to and from the Wedding Ceremony it starts at 5pm so we are asking guests to arrive from 16:30 onwards and finishes 1:30am.
